Цель мастер - класса– распространение опыта работы учителя английского языка по внедрению технологии развития критического мышления в практику обучения.
Тема: Majorreligions
Цель :создание условий для развития самостоятельной, творчески мыслящей личности.
Задачи:
1. Познакомить с мировыми религиями, побудить учащихся активно участвовать в процессе учения.
2. Формирование общеучебных умений навыков (работа со словарями, с первоисточниками).
3. Анализировать и критически оценивать информацию.
4. Воспитывать положительное отношение к мировым религиям.

1.WARMING
What associates do you have watching this video?
(It shows Tatarstan people’s belief to the victory, their union, friendship, strength)
There are so many countries on the Earth and so many people living on it. We are different. We have different skin colour. We have different political views and rather often it leads to military conflicts. We believe in one thing or another. Some people believe in the supernatural: for them the world that can’t be explained scientifically is as real as anything. Others will argue with them and say that they believe only in those things that can be proved.
2.«Brain attack».
What do you believe in?
(The world progress, the postulate “beauty will save the world”, reincarnation, life after death, horoscopes, yourself, love at first sight, the idea that all events are predetermined, the postulate

Учитель: Для стимулирования мыслительной деятельности ученикам предлагается записать в левой колонке все, что они знают о религиях. Работая в парах, учащиеся обмениваются мнениями. Затем читают свои предложения по цепочке, а учитель записывает их на доске.

Учитель: На стадии осмысления идёт активная самостоятельная работа учащихся. Был применен такой приём, как чтение текста с пометками. Учащиеся, читая текст, делали пометки: знаю, узнал, хотел бы узнать, новое для меня и заполняли таблицу. Работая в парах, обучаемые обменивались мнениями..

Учитель: Многие приёмы, использованные на первых двух стадиях, логически переходят в стадию «Рефлексии». Для систематизации знаний используем прием «синквейн». В Iстрочке тема называется одним словом- именем существительным. Вторая строка – это описание темы в двух словах - два прилагательных. Третья строка- описание действие тремя глаголами. Четвертая - это словосочетание. Пятая строка - предложение, содержащее резюме вышеизложенного.

Our beliefs areas varied as we are, that’s why a civilized modern man treats other people’s beliefs with respect, rejecting only those, which are immoral or lead to illegal action. Every nation has its own way. You know we can’t blame Moses, Buddha, Mohammed or Jesus for terrorist actions in India, Jerusalem or Spain.What do we need in our complicated world? I think we are to be tolerant and respectful to all religions and remember that we are people.
