Ход урока:
I. Организационный момент.
- Get ready for the lesson, please! I am waiting for you, to be quiet.
It’s time to say “Hello!”

And start our lesson.
II. Фонетическая зарядка.
1) I want you to read the words from the blackboard now. Who can read them aloud? Let’s read them all together in a whisper. Can you translate them? Read the words in pairs, please.
to spend parents
to go abroad
to miss a trip
to take shopping
to enjoy holidays
to start mushrooms
to gather care of
to pick berries
2) Make up word combinations with these words.
III. Речевая разминка.
The next task for you is to use the words and word combinations from the blackboard and answer my questions.
- Where did you spend your last summer holidays?
- Do you take care of your granny?
- Will you go abroad next summer?
- Did you go shopping yesterday?
- Do you like to gather mushrooms?
- Did you have a trip last summer?
- When did you start it?
- Does your mother enjoy shopping?
- Can you gather mushrooms all day long?
IV. Закрепление навыков выражения согласия или несогласия.
Do you want to play the game “Agree or disagree”?
Think of different statements on the topic “Summer holidays” and ask your classmates to agree or disagree with them.
- You spent your summer holidays in the country.
- You didn’t go to the country in July.
- You walked in the forest in summer.
- You didn’t hurt animals and birds there.
V. Экологическая минутка.
You can get such card in the zoo or in safari park in the USA.
1) Earth’s Day - Would you like to take this idea for your country holiday?
2) I feel the sun on my face.
- Are you kind to trees?
- What mustn’t you do in the forest?
(cut trees and hurt them)
- Who lives in trees?
- The birds do.
-Do the trees clean the air?
VI. Физкультминутка.

VII. Развитие навыков диалогической речи.

Discuss the table on page 18 with your partner.

It’s interesting to find out what places for summer holidays your partners prefer to say about ecological rules.
